Stayed for 4 nights in a single room with a comfy double bed. The hosts were super friendly and cooked my breakfast to order every morning. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and train station. Plus, the private driveway was a bonus for parking! 🏖️

The room was clean, but it lacked an en-suite bathroom for late-night runs.

I had a lovely stay in a single room with a comfy double bed, and breakfast was always cooked exactly to my liking. The sun terrace was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning, and the garden area offered a nice retreat in the afternoons. Just a heads-up, the bathroom isn't en suite, which means a little stroll down the hall at night, but it’s well lit!

Solo traveler paradise
You know, Dave and Carol treated us like family! One night, after a tiring day, they surprised me with homemade cake and tea in their garden—felt so relaxing, like a scene from a movie.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but acceptable for the quality.

The single room was comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after long days of exploration. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious American pancakes that really made mornings special. The private walkway to the bathroom was well-lit, but the shared nature could be slightly inconvenient during the night. It would have been nicer to have an en-suite for added comfort, especially for late-night trips.

The hosts, Dave and Carol, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes one feel at home. The large double room was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like fresh tea and coffee available in the room. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring locally sourced ingredients and unique specials each morning, including delicious homemade jams from Dave.
No en-suite bathroom.

missingWrote a review on 22 Aprbathroom accesslight switchinconvenient layout
The single room's lack of an en-suite means nighttime bathroom visits require a short hike down the hallway. This could surely be an inconvenience for some. light switches placed outside the bathroom can be a bit annoying during late-night visits, rather than being conveniently located inside.
